Eoghan Steele Dillon

Bio

Eoghan Dillon was born in Ireland and raised in Ottawa, Canada. He began his dance training on a full scholarship to The Ailey School in New York City in 2012.

Eoghan quickly rose through the ranks at Parsons Dance, advancing from dancer to Rehearsal Director and, in 2020, becoming the company’s sole Artistic Associate. He worked closely with David Parsons, overseeing creative projects and leading the company’s artistic direction in his absence.

Eoghan has since choreographed for Parsons Dance, The Joffrey School, The Loro Piana Fashion House, METDance, The Institute of Contemporary Dance, and many more. He has toured, taught, and presented work extensively across the United States and Europe including masterclasses at Broadway Dance Center and Steps On Broadway.

A Capezio A.C.E. Awards finalist and one of Irish Echo’s “Top 40 under 40,” Eoghan joined the cast of Radio City’s Christmas Spectacular in 2023 were he performed for two seasons.

He is the Director of Red Rhino a touring initiative dedicated to creating opportunities for disabled and neurodivergent dancers, and serves as a faculty member with the touring dance conventions Dupree Dance and Art of Movement.
